Göran Dalhov paintings mainly takes intrest in the swept landscapes of open seas and planes wherever they may present themselves. His natural habitat is the western archipelago of Sweden where he spends countless houres on the boat or in the onshore studio on Härön westbound of the iland Tjörn in Bohuslän. Göran Dalhovs love for England in general and Wales in particulare brings him to his favourite landscapes in the Black Mountaines every spring. Many paintings from the country-side of Built-Wells has has been published in Sweden. As likely to find him there in mars he is due to meet with the medeterainean alps in late oktober. The views of western Scandinavia is not unsimiliar the one he meets in Wales and Provence. A part from the wildlife of course. He has encountered bear and bobcat in the waste forrests of the taiga in Midsweden. Göran Dalhov was borned 1957 in Gothenburg where he took his diploma of bachelor of sience in architecture, but has earned his living from his paintbrush and typewriter since the age of 22. He lives on an isle in the westcoast archipelago, his citystudio and home is situated in Gothenburg / West Sweden.
